My Backyard

This is a path that I was building...its not done yet.

The four plots show above are for the vegatable garden. One will have strawberrys, one herbs and two vegatables.
"Time began in a Garden". I love my garden and landscape. If I could spend all day everyday working in my garden I would be content. Here are some pictures of our backyard, it still has a long way to go. Rob keeps reminding me that I need to follow my own design (that I have draw up for the backyard), I have a habbit of bringing home 'free' plants from off of different jobs sights and incorporating them into our yard.

All Work and No Play

Rob and I are working on an audit. We have been working 12-14 hour days, sometimes till midnight to get everything organized and ready for the IRS auditor. It has been a wonderful learning experience and Rob is fun to work with! When he's not teasing me :)

Rob and I flew back east to visit Rob’s family. It was so fun! I was able to get to know them much better. We spent ten days visiting and seeing sights. Some of the places we saw included: Washington DC, the Smithsonian; Richmond, VA; Monticello, Williamsburg, colonial plantations, Baltimore and the Inner Harbor and the Aquarium. The whole trip was amazing! I learned so much. I had no idea Virginia had so much Civil War history as well as Revolutionary War history.
Rob at the World War ll Memorial. The Philippines is where he served his mission.

(Above) Rob and I at the White House.

(Below) Arlington Cemetery visiting the grave of Rob’s great grandfather. Robs great grandfather was one of the explorers to first map out Greenland; as well as served in the US Air Force through three Wars.

Before our trip back east Rob and I went on a bike ride with my family. We rode all the way from Vivians Park down Provo Canyon and to our house. It was a fun ride! We just buckled the dog into the kiddiekart and away we went. But I don’t think Teton (our dog) enjoyed it, he moaned and whined the whole way down.
